Biography[]
Ayaka was scouted by the talent scount of Stardust Promotion in 2009 when she was shopping with her family in Harajuku.[1] She was in 2nd grade of elementary school at that time and became one of the original members of Minitia Bears. Ayaka joined Shiritsu Ebisu Chugaku in October 2009 along with fellow Minitia Bears member Natsu Anno. She officially graduated from Minitia Bears in April 2010.[2]
On October 18th 2019, it was announced that she was taking an indefinite hiatus because she was having both mental and physical instability and needed time to rest.[3]
On March 23rd 2020, she announced she would slowly start her activities again.[4]
On October 29th 2020, it was announced that she was diagnosed with malignant lymphoma and would be going on another indefinite hiatus to focus on her treatment.[5]
On April 5th 2021, Ayaka announced on her instagram that her cancer was treated and she was in remission.[6]
