Fumihiko Takahashi (高橋文彦) is a live concert promoter from Hayashi International Promotion (H.I.P). He is responsible for organizing live concerts, tours, and event of Momoiro Clover Z. He is nicknamed Takahashi Meijin (高橋名人).[1]
