Minitia☆Bears (みにちあ☆ベアーズ), often referred as Minichia or Minicheer, is a junior idol group consisting of elementary school girls of 3Bjunior members represented by Stardust Promotion. The group was active between 2009 and 2014.
Group Notes[]
- The members were the selected elementary school girls from Stardust Promotion Section 3. The group was formed on 5 April 2009 in a Stardust Promotion audition event.
- The group's theme revolved around a cheerleader team. They often perform cheer leading stunts and a cheering shout "Go Fight Win!!" [1]
- The group has a motto "Egao de genki ni tanoshiku" (笑顔で元気に楽しく, lit.Having fun with energetic smile")[1]
- The group was managed by Taguchi Ryuichi of Stardust Section 2. He is a baseball fan, which explained the baseball cheer themed song in their main theme song "Minitia Ouenka".[2][3]
- A member will graduate when she entered junior high school. Graduation ceremony often occurred at the end of an event. Some of the graduates then joined another Stardust Promotion groups.
- The last 13-member lineup, along with four additional Section 3 talents, were known as Team Hotaru Ika or Junior Junior in Nanairo no Stardust music video and 3Bjunior LIVE FINAL: Ore no Fujii 2014.
- The group was disbanded in March 2014. Nine of the members have been joined the new idol training project 3Bjunior.
